Who these terms cover

3C is operated by 3rdLoop Solutions. These terms apply to the 3C website, founder workspace, public directory, co-founder matching, and related platform features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a team or organization, you must have authority to do so.

You must be legally able to enter an agreement under the law that applies to you. Do not use the service if you cannot meet that requirement.

Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share another person’s credentials or impersonate a person or organization.

Workspace administrators manage team membership and roles. They are responsible for granting access appropriately. Members must use information shared in a workspace only as authorized by the people and organization it belongs to.

Your content and public profile

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give 3rdLoop Solutions permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you use. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content, including personal information about other people.

A public startup listing makes the profile and eligible team information visible to visitors and search engines. You can manage listing visibility in workspace settings, subject to applicable batch participation rules. Copies already indexed or shared by others may remain outside our control. Public visibility does not make your private workspace records public.

We may display public startup profiles in directory and discovery sections. Publication does not guarantee a particular position, editorial feature, number of views, introduction, or investment.

Respectful and lawful use

Do not use 3C for fraud, unlawful discrimination, harassment, spam, misleading fundraising, infringement, or other unlawful activity. Do not upload malicious code, attempt to access another workspace without permission, defeat access controls, or disrupt the service.

Respect other founders’ confidentiality and intellectual property. Do not publish another person’s private contact information or confidential business material without authority.

AI, research, and outside resources

AI-generated research, drafts, scores, and recommendations can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs and verify sources before relying on them. You remain responsible for decisions and for whether information is appropriate to send to an AI feature.

Journal articles, library resources, and investor listings are general information, not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. External links do not establish a partnership or endorsement. External services, including other 3rdLoop products, have their own terms and access requirements.

Programs and pricing

The 3C workspace is currently offered free. A future paid service or change requiring payment will be described before you agree to a charge. Other 3rdLoop products are not automatically included.

Accelerator admission is selective. Batch participation, benefits, schedules, and any additional commitments are governed by the details and agreements provided for that program. Using 3C does not guarantee admission, funding, customers, or investor introductions.

Availability, suspension, and ending use

We work to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be available. Keep appropriate copies of important records. We may change features and address security, maintenance, or operational needs.

We may restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, threaten security, or create legal risk. Where practical, we will explain material restrictions and provide a way to contact us. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Workspace administrators can manage membership and available workspace deletion controls.

Responsibility and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every business need. We are not responsible for another user’s representations, an external provider’s actions, or business outcomes from relying on platform content. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by Philippine law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the current version. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
